Nearly every photo I have ever taken, was taken on a Canon Rebel T6 that I got for christmas in 2019, with a 1960s-ish Olympus G.Zuiko 50mm prime lens that came off of a camera by buddy Adam got at the thrift store, by means of an ebay adapter ring.

Being that the Rebel is a DSLR, and the lens is meant for a film camera, the focal length is completely wrong, and as such I barely have infinity focus, and the light meter is off (by a predictable amount, thankfully.) I also do not have the luxury of auto aperture control, I have to hold down a button on the side of the lens to engage it manually, which is nice because when the aperture is closed down the viewfinder gets so dark it's difficult to focus. I love this objectively dumb setup, it yields incredible photos.

Editing is my weakness, both from lack of know-how and executive dysfunction. And, most of the time the photos that come out of my camera are "Good Enough". Good enough to put off editing, at least. I'm working on it though. For some photos I'll put a before and after together so you can see the process. If you can figure out my email you can even tell me how I'm doing it wrong! (please, i dont know what im doing)
